    One Strand/roll of collagen sausage casing.  4.5" diameter, 14" long;
    Great for making your own homemade sausage, lunch meats.
    Acquired these along with many other sausage making supplies from a well know local smoke house, sausage maker that retired. Don't know much about sausage making business. Not sure how much meat this casing holds, imagine one strand/roll could do 15lbs or so... Leaving this to the experts out there. Providing as much information as we could gather here.
