Acquired these along with many other sausage making supplies from a local sausage maker that retired. Not sure how much meat this casing holds, but by comparing with smaller size casings that smoke houses sell, a good guess would be around 10 lbs. The numbers stamped on the casing: C78FF, 6 1/2; in case these are meaningful.
