    Description

    2 rolls/strands of slim collagen sausage snack casings. 2.25" diameter, 15.5" long roll. Very tightly rolled.
    Great for making your own homemade sausage.
    All new, opened one to measure the size.
    Acquired these along with many other sausage making supplies from a local smoke house/sausage maker that retired. Don't have much knowledge about the products. Believe they're quality casings, as this local smoke house was very successful and got bought out by a larger company. Partial label indicate these are product of Finland.
    Not sure how much meat this casing holds, but by comparing with other casings that smoke houses sell, a good guess would be easily over 20 lbs. per spiral roll/strand.
