400 Transponder RT459A

Description

I bought this radio from a government auction. It came out of a Fish and Game Aircraft when they upgraded to a glass cockpit. I wanted just one radio but had to buy the entire lot. I do not have a way to test this unit, which is why I am pricing it as a non-working unit although it most likely should work.
