Whether you're making kielbasa, chorizo, or bratwurst, this stuffer has what it takes to give you consistent links or ropes of sausage. Simple to use, a cranking mechanism lowers a plunger that forces the meat through the stuffing tubes into the sausage casing. A heavy-duty piston with stainless steel air-release valve let's air escape while stuffing to ensure you get a perfectly packed sausage.
Multiple Tube Attachments
Included with this stuffer is a 3/8", 3/4", and 1 1/4" plastic tube, which allows you to easily adjust the desired size of your sausages. The tubes are simple to switch out, too, which increases the versatility in your operation.
Durable Construction
An aluminum gear-box, steel bar frame, and stainless steel base are durable and hold up well to heavy use in commercial environments while remaining easy to clean.
Spacious Capacity
The canister can hold up to 5 lb. of meat, which facilitates excellent yield without having to stop and refill the canister as often. The canister is also able to be separated free of the machine for easier filling and cleaning.
Convenient to Mount
There are pre-drilled holes in the base of the unit so you can mount it to your work surface with ease (hardware sold separately).
