    This is Deb Canham's Happy Chap Bear. He is 3-1/2 inches tall, fully jointed mohair  with his cotton star print nightcap. He was a 1999 East Coast Special or 800 pieces and he is No. 587. His tag is signed by Deb. Complete with tags in his box.  I bought him when I owned a bear shop. He was never displayed, handled, exposed to smoke, perfume or scents of any sort. I just put him away with the rest of my collection.
