WE ARE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT SELLS THEM ALL  AT THE SAME PRICE.The fibrous casings will stuff about 3 pounds each. This gives you the capacity of the  10 casings of about 30 pounds. Be sure and soak out the casings for about 30 minutes in warm water. This allows the casing to expand while it is being stuffed. Stuffing tight and clipping tight will help keep the sausage from wrinkling after cooking.
