Vintage heavy .925 sterling multi-stone bracelet signed Mexico TS-45.  Weighs right at 71 grams.  Nice condition, looks like there are remenants of some kind of stickers on the back, not sure, but it scratches off with a fingernail.  Stones look in good shape.  7 1/2" long when closed.
