    Then you need a large diameter fibrous casing with a sewn one end made by SEYM!
    Our inedible fibrous sausage casings are usually used for ham, Bologna sausages, Mortadella, scalded sausages, cooked and semi-dry sausages.
    Casings must be pre-soaked in 80-100 F degree water for 4-5 minutes before use. We recommend to soak these casings not more than 10 minutes in order to prevent busting of the casings.
    It is recommended to cook large diameter sausages either on the side on a baking sheet / wire rack or support with a cooking thread from below.
    Adhesion of these sausage casings is universal. The casings are "
    light smoking
    " in color.
    Comes with 15 fibrous casings. The length is 16 inches and the diameter is 3.7 inches. Capacity is approximately 4.5 lbs of filling per casing.
