This is an NCR branded cash drawer kick cable with NCR part number 1639-K041 and APG vendor part number CD-296.
This cable is 64 inches long with a 4-pin RJ-9 / RJ-10 male end to connect to the "Cash Drawer" or "CD" port on some NCR point of sale systems. The other larger end connects to the 8-pin RJ-45 port on the bottom or rear of compatible APG or NCR branded cash drawers.
