Comes with a handmade bedding, quilt (purple/ivory is the one shown - I can make a different color if you would like).  The lid has a log cabin quilt pattern made with wood on the top and has 2 side latches to hold it in place.
I am able to ship this anywhere in the US.  Buyer pays freight.
