This item is clean and in great condition with little to no signs of any wear at all.
Functionality
This unit has been tested and is fully functional.
I purchased this recently at a thrift store and it does not appear like this was used much at all.  There really aren't any signs of wear and the protective foam wrapping around the control box was never even removed.  The owner's manual and training manual are both crisp and feel new like they weren't really paged through.  Everything is in such nice shape.
