    Description

    Roll of Fibrous sausage casing, in natural color, 5" diameter, 16" long compacted roll.
    Great for making your own homemade sausage.
    Soak in warm water for 30 minutes before stuffing
    Acquired these along with many other sausage making supplies from a local sausage maker that retired. Not sure how much meat this casing holds, but by comparing with smaller size casings that smoke houses sell, a good guess would be over 10 lbs. Have sold some pre-tied casings from the same source, one roll weighs more than 37 of the pre-tied 24" long casings, just as a reference point.
