DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DRIED, SMOKED OR COOKED SAUSAGES - the
production of salami or summer sausages in these shells is identical to heat treatment used in natural, collagen and fibrous membranes

ADHESION OF THESE SAUSAGE SKINS IS UNIVERSAL - if you plan to produce very dry sausages, we encourage you to order casings with a higher level of adhesion. Please let us know via e-mail after placing your order
There are 105 ft (32 m) in a roll which is enough for up to 80 sausages 40 cm (16") long.
This amount is sufficient for production of
125-167 lb of sausages (depends on casing size).
Before filling, the casing should be soaked in warm fresh water (4-5 minutes) and filled effortlessly until you reach the beautiful and desired shape.
We do not just produce sausages, we develop, manufacture and
