2 mil poly bags measure 4-1/4" X 10-1/2" flat size and are made with a 1 inch bottom gusset for added burst protection.
Fill bags tightly to force out air and prevent freezer burn. Close bags with tape, twist tie, small zip tie, hog ring, or staple. Properly packed chubs extend product life and save lots of space in the freezer!
