Single grooved to slip onto plunger.  Fits the HAKKA 3L, 5L, 7L stuffers.  Measure the inside of your meat cylinder to determine your size needs if uncertain.  This is a very common size gasket.

This gasket will fit many brands of standard size sausage stuffers that are 5 lb capacity and up.
