This is a vintage Welkins children's shoe box.  Box is marked Welkins - Wellco Foam Treads.  Style #1359, size 2, "Advertised in Life".  Box has handwriting on one end.  Great graphics.  There is slight wear on the box.  This is an EMPTY box.  I have others listed also.
