Vintage Enterprise Sausage Stuffer 2093 Cast Iron 8 QT Fruit Wine Lard Press

This is a vintage Enterprise Sausage Stuffer-Lard-Fruit Press.  It is an 8 quart capacity Number 35.   The cast iron container is a number 2093. Included is  a large and small pressure plate, internal basket and a sausage spout with nut.  The crank mechanism moves easily.  There are rust spots on the press assembly.  It also has some white latex paint overspray on the side of the tank and the crank handle. The threads on the long bolt that attaches the top rotating press section to the tank are partially stripped but it still threads into the item with a wrench and is then secured with the set screw.
This belonged to my great uncle who made many varieties of sausages over the years.  I believe the basket would be used for fruit pressing along with the small press plate.
This stuffer assembly will be shipped unassembled as shown in one of the pictures.
