    Description

Lovely vintage six panel bracelet with semiprecious stones in sterling sliver by Taxco, Mexico silversmith TM-148.
Each of the six panels contains a single stone cabochon: light blue turquoise, black onyx, dark blue lapis, orange sunstone, green malachite, and purple jasper. The stones are just shy of .75" long by .5" wide, the panels themselves with the bezels and chain mounts are just about 1" each. Unclasped, the bracelet is over 8" long, when clasped just over 7.25" but maybe not quite 7.5"
Excellent weight of approximately 34 grams--over a full troy ounce. Fully hallmarked "925 Mexico TM-148". The post-eagle mark likely dates this bracelet to the 1980s or early 1990s.
This piece is a slightly later than the pieces we usually offer. But there is something very charming about the honest wear and just slightly crude fit and finish of this piece that will fit perfectly with a tribal, boho, hippie, or southwestern look. A great entry-level piece of real vintage Mexican silver jewelry that still has decades of life in it and won't break the bank.
