Vintage WHITE AND BLUE SADDLE SHOES

Vintage Used WHITE AND BLUE SADDLE SHOES I dont know what size these are so I put a ruler by one of the photos and here are the numbers that are stamped on the inside. (6 EE 1161119W) This may be the number for the sizing but not sure.
The pink inserts are NOT included with the shoes.
