Have a few sealed cases of Viscofan collagen casings.
They are left over inventory from a local well known sausage maker that sold the business. Don't know much about sausage making, but it looks to be the kind that's cooked, dry cured and perfect for snack products, such as beef sticks.
Provided a few photos with the product info. on the box, since the box is sealed. I'm sure those in the know would be able to tell the exact kind of casings these are.
