Wire Frame Six Pair Shoe Rack, Shiny Sturdy Collapsible, Vintage Great Condition. I'm not sure the age of this rack, but you don't see many like this anymore.  I think it's in really good condition and still plenty shiny without any large noticeable imperfections  Each shoe holder row is held in place on either side with wing nuts, please see pics, and can easily be taken apart completely in a couple minutes.  This rack is stable as well as it easily holds my shoes in the pictures.  For reference, I wear a men's 10.5 shoe and one of those pairs is a steel toe work shoe.  The shoes are not included and are included in the images for demonstration purposes only.
The dimensions are roughly 12.5" tall, 17" deep, and 24" wide and there's about 5" or clearance between each row (as seen in picture).  You could always flip the shoe holder rows in the opposite direction if that is more optimal for your needs.  It will be shipped disassembled like in the 3rd to last image, but is extremely easy to assemble.
