••FOUR Vintage Magic Whistle Toys PF Flyers -BF Goodrich- Flipper Dolphin Shoes

These unassembled whistles were made by BF Goodrich and used as a promotional for PF Flyers shoes in the 1960’s. The Magic Whistles are each complete and attached to their original instruction cards as discovered in an old department store storage room. The gold plastic pieces of this fun novelty premium item snap out to create a whistle with a “secret compartment” that also functions as a decoder and message flasher. The whistle was intended to sound like a dolphin as this item was marketed with Flipper, which aired on the NBC television network from 1964 until 1967.
This listing is for a group of four. You will not necessarily receive the exact ones in these photos, but all are in similar condition, very good to be nearly 60 years old! The cards may show slight aging and the tabs may have lost some of their adhesive qualities, but otherwise these amazing novelties are like new. The four that you receive will be complete and intact. Photos show an assembled whistle with card and a period promotional piece for the whistles, which is not included in this lot.
